a smart, connected wine cellar

La Sommelière recently unveiled its connected & intelligent cellar, the Ecellar185, which also recently won the Grand Prize for Innovation at the Foire de Paris.

Launched a year ago, the Ecellar185 is made in France and is the world’s first truly connected wine cellar. It allows wine lovers to keep a clear and real-time inventory of their bottles, thanks to a free Vinotag smartphone application and thanks to its unique connected shelf technology.

Indeed, its shelves (14) are equipped with sensors and report each bottle movement in the application to keep a register in real time. The cellar includes 168 connected spaces and a storage area for 17 bottles.

Note that it also makes it easy to know the most optimal location for bottles (ESommelier), to locate them instantly, to find locations still available or to be alerted of peak dates or the need to replenish a wine.

The Ecellar185 has a triple-glazed door in tempered glass with anti-UV treatment and lock, as well as a digital control panel, temperature alarms and winter function, not to mention the SilentBlock technology which prevents vibrations. Count 3990 euros.
