A little daring what the devil! History to revive a little the interest around its open world connected Vikings, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla cross-over … with another episode of the series, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey (the previous game therefore). In fact it is even a crossover crossover as Kassandra joins AC Valhalla while the brutal Eivor docks on the shore of AC Odyssey. Each of the two games therefore incorporates an additional story based on the arrival of the two heroes, which is quite simply a first for the saga. So certainly, nit-pickers will say that historical coherence is not the strong point of this cross-over, but in any case, scriptwriting coherence is not the strong point of the series itself …

Both new stories are available for download today. On this good momentum, Ubisoft is also announcing that the Dawn of Ragnarök DLC will be available on March 10, 2022. This expansion will bring AC Valhalla no less than 35 additional hours of play. In this DLC, Eivor will transform into a god Odin in order to pursue a new quest, a transformation that also brings new powers (integrating the abilities of enemies, metamorphosis into a raven, resurrection, powers of fire and ice, etc.). The expansion will be available on PC, Google Stadia, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
