Here’s what awaits you in Rainbow Six Siege

A whole new feature

As we just mentioned, Ubisoft is making improvements to the Rainbow Six Siege panel. The new feature in question relates to Season 2 of Year 7 of Rainbow Six Siege, titled Operation Vector Glare. From now on, teammates who could be described as intruders who strive to dampen the atmosphere will soon be penalized.

Everything is in place to ensure players have the best possible experience and troublemakers will have a lot to worry about. This improvement marks the beginning of the implementation of the brand new reputation system. Concretely, the addition of this system aims to stop teammates who have gotten into the habit of killing their teammates during games. Officials will be sanctioned to start future matches with the reverse friendly shot.

A dissuasive method

To be more explicit about how reverse friendly fire works, as soon as a game is started, killing your teammate will activate the penalty. Once this is implemented, the offender will suffer the consequences during these next games. During his next connection, when the penalized player tries again to kill a teammate, he will be the one who will be inflicted with the damage. In addition, if necessary, he will be removed from the match.

To no longer be subject to the penalty, the PK (Player Killers) will have to be discreet for a while. It is true that it is not the perfect solution to contain PK, but it is already a start. Ubisoft hopes that with this process, it will be able to reduce abuse by malicious teammates as much as possible. Before the actual launch of the said feature, it will be necessary to wait a little after the debut of season 2.

What do you think of this new feature? Is this the solution against Player Killers in Rainbow Six Sieg game? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section.
