Halo Infinite advertises in augmented reality on a US football stadium

The campaign mode ofHalo Infinite will be available on Xbox Series X and Series S on December 8, and Microsoft is keen to know that. Just before the college football game between the Oregon Ducks and the Oregon State, a Pelican ship from the game Halo appeared in augmented reality on the stadium’s giant screen while a real Master Chief pretended to witness the scene. The AR ship then displayed Halo Infinite and then the Oregon Ducks symbol before returning to face the terrible Brutes, Grunts and other Covenant.

Xbox is playing big with its most iconic franchise, and it looks like it’s going very well overall: the feedback from the multi is very positive and the first missions of the single player campaign are also very reassuring, especially in terms of gunplay and AI from opponents. Halo Infinite will be available on December 8 on Xbox Series, PC and of course also on Xbox Game Pass.

And as a bonus, the superb trailer launch of the game:
