Netflix unveils the list of 88 films that will be released in 2022

Netflix has just lifted the veil on the complete list of 88 films that will be released in 2022. To mark the occasion, the streaming giant has released a trailer that gives voice to the most significant characters of its future productions.

Netflix just revealed the complete list of 88 films which will be broadcast on its platform in the course of 2022. “Whether you want to laugh, cry, scream in terror, or get excited, we offer you an exceptional cast to meet all your desires, and new films every week, all year round”proudly announces the leader in streaming, which claims more than 200 million subscribers worldwide.

Often renowned for its original series, which have until now been the service’s real growth engine, Netflix now seems to be emphasizing its film offering. To tease the productions that will arrive in the year, the firm has uploaded a trailer on YouTube which offers an overview of its catalog of films this year. The sequence features a host of big-name stars like Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Daniel Craig, Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill.

Enola Holmes 2

After having proven herself in the first feature film, Enola Holmes (played by Millie Bobby Brown) is considered a real private detective, mirroring her illustrious brother, Sherlock Holmes. The young girl accepts her first case: find a missing girl. During her investigation, the impetuous Londoner will bring to light a sinister plot.

Detective Benoît Blanc, still played by Daniel Craig, travels to Greece to try to unravel a criminal enigma. On the spot, he will audition a myriad of astonishing suspects. This is the second installment in the saga devoted to the detective, the last of the gentlemen detectives, by Rian Johnson.

Adam through time

A pilot embarks on a journey through time alongside the child he was and his father who died prematurely in order to heal the suffering of the past, while saving the future. This sci-fi film stars Ryan Reynolds, Mark Ruffalo and Jennifer Garner.

The Gray Man

The CIA’s most fearsome mercenary, a mysterious individual whose identity no one knows, accidentally discovers the dark secrets of his employer. A bounty is quickly put on his head and a horde of killers set off after him… This action film is directed by the Russo brothers (Avengers) and stars Ryan Gosling.


In the near future, two young inmates land in a penitentiary run by a brilliant and visionary man. Out of sight, he conducts experiments on his prisoners by administering drugs that act on their emotions. We find there Chris Hemsworth.
