While printing, Brother is also warning customers of 106 printer models that may receive a “USB Connection Repair Tool” error, stating “Cannot print to USB printer”. However, the company says you can ignore this error and the document should print correctly.
On the other hand, Brother informs that its printers connected by USB on a computer running Windows 11 cannot communicate with several utilities of the operating system.
What should people do with a Brother printer? A temporary solution is to connect wirelessly or through a network connection, instead of going through USB. The group adds that it is investigating to find out what is stuck and thus be able to offer a corrective update for Windows 11.
We can in any case be surprised to see that so many printers from Brother do not work on Windows 11. Did the company do no tests during the beta phase of the operating system which started? in June ? Or is it a problem that is unique to the release version of Windows 11?
