Samsung confirms the date of its Unpacked

The Korean brand has formalized the official presentation date of its new Galaxy S22 range.

Only a few days after confirming that its Unpacked 2022 would be held in February, Samsung has just lifted the rumors on the precise date of officialization of its Galaxy S22. The Korean firm thus gives an appointment to its public on February 9 next, at 7 a.m. PT, either 4 p.m. in France. To make its audience wait, the company has already put the official website of its Unpacked 2022 online, which for the moment is content to indicate the countdown before the start of hostilities.

A formalization which confirms the previous rumors, and which puts an end to the suspense. We will only have to wait two short weeks before officially discovering the Galaxy S22, S22 + and S22 Ultra. If the three versions of the range have not yet been announced in good and due form, their technical sheets have already leaked on social networks, as well as their prices and their design.

A “notable” Galaxy S22 Ultra

We know in particular that if the Samsung Galaxy Note have been abandoned since 2021, Samsung has planned a revival this year with a S22 Ultra which already promises to be particularly ambitious. In addition to its original design, the flagship should thus offer integrated support for its S-Pen, as well as very high-end performance. In its few teasers, the brand thus mentions “the most “noteworthy” (remarkable) S-series device ever created”, but also of a “epic new standard for smartphones”.

How to follow the event?

See you on February 9 to follow the Samsung Unapcked 2022 live, which will be accessible from the brand’s YouTube page, or directly on the official website of the event. In the meantime, know that it is already possible to pre-order a device from this new S range. An early reservation, which has several advantages, says Samsung, which promises a $50 voucher as well as several exclusive offers at its busiest customers. Note also that this page is also an opportunity to confirm the imminent presentation of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, which also seems available for pre-order.
