The Walking Dead is hiring at Brooklyn 99 and ER

Tales of The Walking Dead, spin-off of the AMC series, offers an actor from Brooklyn Nine-Nine and an emblematic figure from Emergencies.

It’s been 10 seasons that fans follow with more or less attention the adventures of the characters of The Walking Dead. A journey full of pitfalls for the AMC production, which did not prevent it from expanding even beyond the borders of its main universe. Several spin-offs have also seen the light of day, starting with Fear The Walking Dead which counts at the time of writing these lines no less than 7 seasons.

Others, on the other hand, did not meet with the expected success, such as WorldBeyond which immersed us several years after the beginning of the apocalypse which plunged the world into chaos, alongside the descendants of the main characters. If the trip was in any case to end after two seasons, it must be admitted that it is far from having fascinated the crowds. Will the chain abandon the universe The Walking Dead so far? Not really since she is already preparing a new spin-off series.

Terry Crews at report

The anthology called Tales of The Walking Dead will follow different characters in each episode. Short stories of zombies and survival, with a promising cast. AMC and Scott M. Gimple, one of the creators of The Walking Dead, we indeed shared the name of the actors who join the adventure. AMC will thus recruit on the side of the sitcom Brooklyn Nine Nine. Terry Crews, who portrays the brilliant Terry Jeffords in comedy, should therefore come across ghouls alongside other more or less famous personalities on the small screen.

Anthony Edwards, famous for his role in Emergencies, will also be there. Parker Posey (Lost in Space), Jillian Bell (Godmother or almost) and Poppy Liu (Better Call Saul) come to conclude this first list. First, as we can expect more names to be announced in the coming weeks.

From this summer on our screens

Tales of the Walking Dead is currently filming and things are going pretty well. The series should be broadcast next summer in the United States. On the other hand, we do not yet know who will obtain exclusivity in our green regions. As a reminder, OCS and Canal+ are the first in France to offer the new seasons of the original series. Then Netflix adds the latest episodes to its offer a few months later. For Fear The Walking Dead, same story except that it is Prime Video which offers the first six seasons. The platform had obtained the exclusivity of WorldBeyond in France.
